Returns & Refunds Policy

Scope: This policy applies to all purchases from Ergometer Innovations B.V. via www.smartrow.fit and/or our physical location(s), unless stated otherwise.

Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal – online purchases): Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from (i) the day you or a third party indicated by you physically receive the product; or (ii) for multiple shipments: the day the last item is delivered. Note: The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers (B2C)

Condition of returned items: You may handle the product only as you would in a store. Return items complete and in original condition/packaging with all accessories and tags where reasonably possible. Depreciation due to excessive use or damage may be deducted from your refund.

Deadlines & requirements: Submit return request within [14] days of receipt. Send item(s) back within [14] days after notifying us. 

Return shipping costs (choose one):

  • Customer pays return shipping: Return shipping costs are at your expense.

How to return: Register your return via [returns portal/email] and include order number [#]. Pack securely and include the completed return form or a copy of your packing slip. Ship to: Belgiëlaan 1A2, 2391PH. Keep the proof of shipment with tracking until your return is processed.

Refunds: We refund the purchase price within 14 days of withdrawal, but wait until we have received the goods. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. Depreciation due to excessive use/damage may be offset. 

Warranty: All products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee. Any manufacturer warranty is in addition to your legal rights. For defects, contact info@smartrow.fit with your order number and a description.

Exchanges: Processed as a return plus a new order unless stated otherwise. Price differences will be charged or refunded.

Uncollected or refused deliveries: If a shipment is not collected in time or refused without valid reason, actual outbound and return shipping costs may be charged.

International returns: Timing & process as per NL, unless local mandatory law dictates otherwise. Costs & risk for international returns are borne by the sender unless agreed differently beforehand.

Abuse & fraud: Ergometer Innovations B.V. may refuse returns in cases of reasonable suspicion of abuse, incomplete/damaged returns without justification, repeated abnormal return behaviour, or missed deadlines.

Changes to this policy: We may amend this policy. The latest version is available at [URL]. Changes do not affect existing orders, except where legally required.
